On the 21st and 22nd of January 2018, Alexander Liebreich will be conducting the Staatsorchester Stuttgart for the first time.
In addition to Ludwig van Beethoven’s Symphony No. 1 in C major, op. 21 and Witold Lutosławski’s “Concerto for Orchestra”, Hugo Herrmann’s “Concerto for Violin and Orchestra” is on the program. Soloist of both performances in the Beethoven Hall of the Liederhalle Stuttgart is the violinist Kolja Lessing. More information can be found here.
